Does anyone here use Wordpress with BANS?

    Hello all,

I've been doing some major research over the past couple of days on this whole BANS thing. I also heard blogs is a good way to get traffic with Wordpress.

My question is, does anyone use Wordpress with the BANS program.. and does/will it work well? I'm new to everything and wanted to know if I should just start out with BANS without the blog to see how everything goes, but if using Wordpress isn't hard then I wouldn't mind implementing a blog using BANS... is this even possible?

To be honest I wouldn't know how it would work... I'm thinking you have to post the blog on the main domain, and then make subdomains for the niches? For example if I have a domain name www.hdtvs4u.com , i would post the blog on the main domain and then make subdomains such as http://sony.hdtvs4u.com ? How exactly would I get traffic to the actual niche site (subdomain)?

    Any opinions on this?

If anyone does this or has seen it, please post links of examples.... if you don't want to link it publicly then feel free to PM me.

    Thanks!

Example of BANS site integrated with wordpress:

    Vintage Clothing

I find it easy to integrate with Wordpress. The first attempt took a bit of time but then its really easy.

I havent used BANs for a few weeks because I'm working on other stuff but I think there going to release a guide on Wordpress integration as I know alot of people would like this feature.

I recently setup a free script to integrate the ebay stuff into wordpress and within a week of setting up the site i've already had 3 sign-ups and 3 purchases, so as long as you get a niche that works, I highly recommend giving it a shot.

I have found no need for BANS when using wordpress. There are plenty of rss plugins that act much like bans. You just need to do the categories yourself.
    wp-o-matic comes to mind

There's also the phpBay WordPress plugin which also masks the eBay affiliate links and images.
