I've been hearing about last.fm for ages, so decided to take a look at it today and blimey, I'm really impressed. For anyone who doesn't know what it is, it's a kind of social networking site designed around music and music sharing. It's kind of like pandora, but rather than a computer algo deciding which tracks you'd like, user data does. It's also got the normal gubbins like forums, friends lists, personal profile and all that malarky, but it's the music it's all focused around. Aside from being a great way of increasing your range of music listening habits, it's a fantastically built site with lots of funky ajax stuff going on in the UI. Anyway, here's my profile ~ like I say, I only started using it today so my music tastes aren't all *that* varied... Haha. http://last.fm/user/sebasic/ If you enjoy music, you should really have a look.
It's not easy. It takes lots of training, hard work, dedication and a pretty big playlist of short songs.
