    First of all i will always suggest you to go manual submission and that is the best way of submission and if you are thinking of search engine submisson then there are lot of website who will submit your site for free to all big to small 260 search engine for free.

    But if you are still interested in any such software then you can try this "KnowboForm Website Submission Tool 1.6.5" its free and it is called Knowbotron

    Second one is also free Free Submission 2.0 and called as Jolly Green Giant

    I never use software.

    I always just get one site to link to me and should be enough for the search engines to find you.

    You could also use www.submitexpress.com free.
