Had a look at that site: its misleading 99 cents per 100 words not 99 cents for a full article so that price is kinda close to the $1 for 100 words which is common in forums and freelancer sites and in my experience should get you a fairly good, well written, unique, free of typos etc for that price. Some may say that price is even a bit expensive as if you shop around and find the less known places its possible to get reasonable articles for 0.70-0.80 or even cheaper per 100 words. But you pay for what you get in terms of quality normally
