Does anyone have articles on how to create RSS feeds?

I'm interested in designing RSS feeds for some of my sites. Does anyone have articles or tutorials on building them?

Creating RSS feeds isn't difficult. First read the RSS specifications.

Are you using PHP? I can help if you struggle at all.
