Does anyone have any experience in Fillable PDF's

I need to find a free PDF to HTML convertor which allows fields to be overlaid, save their position and allow the fields to be completed and re-exported as PDF.... or... create a Fillable PDF which fields can be completed, then the PDF document sent to multiple users.

If the PDF has inputs (or you can create inputs using Adobe Reader Professional) as long as you have those input field names you can easily prefill them using pdftk. Here is a good example on how you can do it:

If your PDF file has input fields/forms, I think you can fill them & save using Foxit Reader.
