    it can add comment with HTML for the keywords , can anyone give me some good website ?

    do you know what is anchor text ? first of all

    anchor text is nothing but the keyword or phrase in which a website is hyperlinked

    for example :- Blogger Tutorials , here blogger tutorials is the anchor text and the website hyper-linked is thebloggerclassroom.blogspot.com

    NOTE :- every WEBSITE can be hyperlinked using Anchor Text ..
    so to hyperlink in comments use the following code.

    <a href="url">anchor text </a>

    here URL is nothing but http://thebloggerclassroom.blogspot.com and the anchor text is blogger tutorials . have fun :D
