    I don't think this is possible, first you would need to know the algorithm they use, second they would need to be activated on their end.

    Not only that, it would be highly illegal, and would get you into a lot of trouble with Microsoft if you did manage to do that. If you want to sell the game cards you would need to contact a supplier.
