Does anyone have a list of low cost directories?

I am on about paid directories that charge anything between a dollar and about 3 dollars. I want to find low cost directories because they do not ask for a reciprocal link and usually submit in quick time.

I compiled a list of over 850 mainly free directories when I was doing the initial SEO and promotion for our site. Most of the entries are free, some need a reciprocal link and there are a few paid ones there too. I concetrated on submitting to as many free ones as possible as we had a pretty tight budget at the time.

If you think it would be of use I can post the url. A couple of good value paid ones I found are http://www.directoryact.com and http://www.octopedia.com/ - both allow up to 8 deep links for $20 / $25.
