Does anyone have a good source for keyword Info?

I am looking for a good website to provide info on the popularity of keywords along with what you need to spend to get into the top 5 positions.

 

I've been looking for the same thing. There are a few two word queries that are VERY important to my site. It is also the name of my sites domain so hopefully that helps.
