does anyone have a country, country code, city mysql database that they could give me.

I've got a list like that, it's not a mysql database.

 

It can be useful:

The sql file have the country and code list, with tue country zones.

Is there a list of IPs by specific regions?

I would like to block all incoming traffic from California due to taxes unsolvable script misconfiguration ruining my shopping cart.

 

i know there are some paid services who give you country, state and (nearest) city for each ip. i know there are some free databases ip->country, but i have never seen free dbs with ip->city. try a search for "ip2country" or "ip to country" +database, maybe you find something.

 

You can create a script to check if the visitor is from California using this free service:

Also there are paid options as maxmind.com/app/city or ip2location.com.
