does anyone guarantee there traffic will convert to sales?

I was just wondering if there is any such thing as traffic that is guarantee to convert to sales? If i buy traffic from you can you guarantee that I will see profit from it? Will you back that guarantee up?

If you get targeted traffic and your product is right you will get the sales guaranteed. Its like if you put your product on a popular supermarket shelf.. the supermarket or you do the right promotion.. there is a good checkout.. it will guarantee to sell.

I can provide the targeted traffic, but I cannot guarantee any signups. No one can! Signups would depend upon the quality of your product/service, cost factor, page design and sales pitch. Not to mention, the actual mood of the surfer visiting your site
If I could guarantee signups, I would just send all my traffic to my own affiliate links

Like the old saying goes, "I can get the horse to the water, but can't make it drink".
I can guarantee the targeted traffic to your site. (I can target by category and county), but I cannot guarantee signups. Like 'events' said, if your product is good, it will sell itself.

I would have to agree with lufty. Guaranteed traffic can be sent, but it all depends on the product, pricing and targeting as to where the product is being seen. Even with PPC with Google or Yahoo! you can spend hundreds of dollars each month and take the chance of no sells.

I like the "lead the horse to water" saying and use it quite a bit myself when asked this same question. If we could guarantee sells...we would have $$ coming out our ears...right lufty??
