I think their approach is without a doubt is innovative but I think I'll stick to Google. Its still early though but we'll see.
I've noticed that Bing converts okay for older people. 35+ seems to be the Bing demographic...maybe it's because when people buy new computers with WIndows 7, Bing is the default search engine and people who can afford new computers are usually a little older.
I would prefer to use bing over yahoo. Remember that bing is own by Microsoft and also Hotmail They have tons of account using hotmail. They are cheaper compare to Google and I tried it a few times and it was ok..Better than yahoo,I think
I don't know about Bing. I've tried it before and never got any bites. It may be cheaper per keyword that's for sure. I would recommend google adwords, but then again it has ton of competition.
Bing is definately worth the time to test, and as always, result vary by sector. We've long preferred Yahoo for highest conversion rates, then bing, last is Google. Of course, Google has bucketloads of traffic but hates affiliate sites, so test all and manage to an ROI. Bing has pretty good tools and ability to target demo users that's pretty slick though, and once cutover to Yahoo is done in mid October you definately need to include it in your mix.
Bing is the same as google except that it is more stricter on keywords and relevance. This is because the goal is to improve the overall user experience, which in turn is supposed to help you when it comes to not just getting your ad clicked on regular, but those customers converting when they get there. When a user puts in a keyword into a search query, unlike google sometimes, the odds of getting a hit back thats not what your looking for is slim. So big emphasis is put on making sure keywords matchup to landing page and website, keywords are trending and being searched upon (they have tools to help identify this within adcenter) and that ads speak directly to customers. Bing helps the advertiser by building a trust level with searchers which equals better conversion rates for you.
Hi miamitraffic, That is supposed to be the purpose behind how the search engine works and how its attempting to set itself apart from google, building a good user experience filled with fast and accurate searches and great verticles (bing shopping, travel, health etc). Sometimes this works in the advertisers favor, sometimes not. That much depends on the advertiser how they utilize this. Having a great landing page and a convincing ad helps you take advantage of it. Customers are more likely to click on your ad and buy, when the ad is relevant to what there looking for.

Bing might produce better results than Google - I use both See a casual comparison between Google and Bing here. In addition I like the new search engine, Blekko, which has a few interesting features.
