    Hate Web 2.0 graphics? I know it's what virtually everyone wants these days but I find it so boring and restrictive. I admire the simplicity but creatively it feels very constrained. Does anyone else feel the same or am I just stuck in the World of grunge brushes and graffiti fonts?

    I am strange to hear someone like you saying you hate web2.0 graphics .
    Web2.0 graphics are stylish, clear, simple and nice , for example the aqua effects logos .

    I don't mind Web 2.0 style graphics.
    I'm pretty much over grunge/graffiti though. There's a time and place for it, but it's rarely on the internet.

    If it suits the theme of the site then i guess many people are going to go for the web 2.0 look.

    Its more than just that. Subtle gradients, simple shapes and logos, brighter colors, and a lot of other minimalistic crap.

    If it's too much "classical" Web 2.0 (too many gradients, reflections etc), the design gets cheesy.
