I actually love the product, and 1 or 2 of their staff have been very helpful for me in the past, but there are a few of the staff that post on the forum that are rude, abrupt and really quiet abrasive in their replies to requests for help. I appreciate they may get the same questions over and again, but they are doing their job and don't seem to understand they should be polite to the people that ultimately pay their wages. I should add, that I am not necessarily talking about their replies to my questions, more in general. So frustrating.
I found one guy to be a complete idiot, I treated him with respect, my problem was completely reasonable and wasn't an easy problem to solve yet he treated me very badly. For this reason I don't rely on vbulletin staff anymore.
Report him to the boss and get his ass fired. I've been in a situation where a HostGator staff wasted one hour of my time and I remained unhelped so I reported him.
my experience with vb staff has been nothing but amazing. They were never rude and some times patient enough to hear all the story before replying to.
