Every time I call Westnet they have some excuse Even though it is proved to be their fault they claim its someone elses For example a new site can be seen on others ISPs but cant be seen on Westnet 36 hours later. They blame the time to live setting on the host server for this but the site is clearly visible on telstra TPG and Bigpond and was visible around 2 hours after pointing at the new server. Im thinking of giving Westnet the flick Does anyone else have problems with Westnet or is it that I am special?
