I never had a problem with Thunderbird (2). It was simple, fast, clean, and did what I needed it to. Thunderbird 3 on the other hand, is bloated, slow, and feels like a Microsoft product. Anyone else rolling back to v2?
Hey Kero-san, This is what I know of Mozilla Thunderbird: Mozilla Thunderbird, said to be the newer, improved version of Firefox, is a free, open source, cross-platform internet client by the Mozilla Foundation. The project strategy is modeled after Firefox, a project aimed at creating a reliable web browser. On December 7, 2004, version 1.0 was released, and it has proven to be as successful as its predecessor, recieving over 500,000 downloads in its first three days of release. The progressively newer versions are made to keep up with the newer, faster models of computers being created. What computer model do you have? It might be because of the fact that Thunderbird 3.0 is made for the newest computer models out there, and not so much for the other ones.
