I'm try to get an idea of how much it would cost to have someone produce a flash cartoon for me. Basically, I would use it to promote my site through Youtube, Google video, etc... It was just an idea I had, but I don't know if I can afford it (rather poor). So if anyone could give me a rough figure of what to expect, I'd really appreciate it.
Animation of a cartoon image is easy in flash but the expense for doing it depends on the type of animation work you require to promote your site.
