    Simple answer is -no-

Kidding. Depends on the editor for your cat. Bottom line.

Follow the guidelines and you might get accepted. Or, if you want to be listed right away, buy a domain name that's listed in DMOZ. ;)

It takes forever to get listed and thats if you do get listed. Submit and forget about it, there are better seo techniques than dmoz

Just list your title the same as the keyword in your url, submit your site to the CORRECT category, copy and edit the description of one of the sites similar to yours...and you should make it in......eventually....it took 2 days for me to get listed :D

Its not in the hand of any one. Your site should be excellent and impressive with contact details is must if you do business. Suppose if your website is based on travel and you are a travel agent, you must mention the contact details in your contact us page for authority.

Follow the guidelines, choose the best category and then submit with the company name of your website not the url name or main keyword with proper description.

Submit and forget. It takes 3 months to 1 year for approval.

The best way is to simply add your website for review or become an editor. The chance that you will find here an DMOZ editor with the right niche for your website is very low.

First of all do not believe to the person who says I am admin or editor and he can do it for some bucks. He can do but after payment he will again remove and reason will be other editors must have remove and your site is not fullfilling the guidelines. so its better to follow guidelines and grab the world!

Fastest way to get your site listed is to become an editor, but that does mean that you have to give up some of your 'spare' time to edit, and you might just get the bug and get stuck with spending hours of your life editing and being told in many places that all editors are lazy, corrupt, don't list competitor sites and that the place where you give a great deal for nothing is dominated by corrupt dictators.

Follow the rules of DMOZ, submit it and forget about it. Thread closed to prevent any corruption posts.
