Recently I purchased a software website at eBay, however I no idea how to promote it. I just wondering to spend some money on Google for advertise my site, do you think this is a good idea?

If not, any other suggestion?

Truely speaking there is nothing better, even competitive to Google for front-door walkers. Now you have to choose, whether to choose Black-hats or stay fresh. If you want to use some alternative tricks, then you may spend money for purchasing traffic, markets, clients and even search ranking. But if you want your website to promote legally, Google Adwords is the best tool for you. I'll advice you to hire a Adwords Experts to conduct you SEM campaigns. They will analyze your competition better.

 

if the site rank well or no rank in google, spend on google ad
if the site is normal ranked in google, send on SEO

 

Adwords is a good idea if you have the $$$ to spend.

Back links will help you!.. Getting more and more quality of back links/inbound links will help you get into top rankings and at the same time have high PR.. Just make sure that you are getting quality of back links.. Quality deals with relevancy..
