Does Anyone At Digital Point Ever Respond To The Messages We Send??

I have sent at least 3 messages to the good folks who run Digital Point and not once have they ever replied! Not even a "hey we got your message but we're not going to answer it"

I can understand that they must get a lot of messages and so they can't reply to them all but the last message I sent was urgent and needed a response and I didn't get one.

So with that said, how do you contact someone at DP?

 

Are you talking about an e-mail or Private Messages?

 

I had replies to both in timed manner before. It was a moderator i contacted.

 

Are you speaking about the Moderators/Admin or else about the DP members?

 

Mods reply to every reply asap. If you are talking about Admin, then you are right. He didn't visit the forum for many days. He must be busy in some other work.

 

Thanks guys, I see what I did wrong. I've been trying to contact the Admin here by going to "Contact Us" at the bottom. No wonder nobody replied. So who are the mods? I'll have to PM them the next time I have an issue.

It all depends on what you are talking about..... it has to be appealing enough so that we would want to talk about it. Like this is a great topic since most of us have shared the same experience....well not me, but somewhere in time I have.

 

I wonder what you need to contact the mods for?
