Does anyone advertise on Orkut?

    Hi,
    I am ready to launch my website and since I the site would be targetting indian audience, I would like to advertise the site heavily on ORKUT. Does anyone provides any such service of advertising it on orkut communities ???

    Orkut is full of Spam already. Are you sure it will help? I know tons of my friends that never check their messages. My message box myself is full of spammy messages, 300 unread..., scrap spams are often deleted!

    Yeah, myspace is more advisable for advertizing than orkut.

    One year back I launched one site and I use to advertise on Orkut and got the greatest response from orkut.But 1 year has passed and like you said lots of SPAM is there on ORKUT,but i still believe there is huge potential ....

    Regarding myspace, I don't think there's too much indian audience out there...

    But what is the proof I can give you? I mean how can I send you my reports? and you cant expect me to send all those links for all communities I post in..

    I think nobody would be even having a glance at those messages that are in the inbox. Just SPAM. Delete.

    So u should find an alternative to promote your site.
