I'm pretty new in this business (have experience with other affiliate marketing niches) I was wondering if anyone is making more than $1000/month and if it is hard to get there? This is my goal for the next 5 months.
I average about $500 per month with a regular associate e-commerce site. I've never heard of an associate making that much from an astore, and if they have, was only a temporary thing. Good luck with your goals, and stay motivated. There is plenty of money to be made by selling Amazon products, just have to put in a some efforts in branding and marketing and you'll be earning some good supplemental income in no time. Happy Selling!, PuReWebDev
PuReWebDev you are by far the most active member at this section Thanks again for helping. I don't know if it's worth spending time with astore if I can't make more than $500/month. I make more with other businesses. But I'm sure I read somewhere on DP that somebody is making 10k/month but I'm not sure
I REALLY doubt anyone is making that much with astore, but then it depends on marketing methods I suppose. Maybe someone is running million-dollar PPC campaigns with astores, who knows!
I want to know as well. Anyone can do this, please show up. You will be a very good motivator for us.
Sell 12,500$, If total item shipped 631-1570 items(8%). I think it possible to sell 14,300$ for 111-320 items shipped and got 1,000$ (7%) commission.
Sorry, I doubt that's gonna happen. Not saying that no one has made a thousand with astore, I'm just saying that no one is going to consistently earn that much with an astore. The best motivator you can have is your own desire to do it. If no one else shows up claiming to make that kind of money on a regular basis with astore, then be the first : ) In my opinion though, astore is a total waste of time. Find a better tool to base your e-commerce business on. Then put in the work and effort. That's just my two cents. thanks, PuReWebDev
if you only mean from aStore it's not that easy but astore attached to a heavy traffic site or a regular aff store then definately yes seo is not that easy with a clean astore site
If you have an amazon account you might as well have an aStore even if you don't promote it. These shouldn't be a main source of your amazon income though because it is really hard to get an idea on how well they are doing since you don't have much control over them. I wouldn't say it is a waste of time because it does put more pages out on the internet with your links on the products. So it helps increase your chance of selling products. Takes me about 4min to set up a good looking aStore, so it shouldn't just be ignored. They have their moments.
I've only ever had about 3 sales through astores, and that was when the store was integrated into a site with other content. I gave up on that. But if you're going to go to that trouble you might as well use a fully-fledged shopfront solution that you can customise to your heart's content - waste of time to do all that SEO just for an astore that isn't hosted on your domain!
