    Hi all,

I just started a directory & webmaster forum and am using adsense.

I'm running adsense in my posts like this

    http://www.directoryjunction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=243

But the url shows, and I was wondering if I'm allowed to set it to the same color as the background color.

Otherwise, I guess I'll just put the smaller version like I have in the header.

u can change the ad background when u create the code process.
U can also change the forum background. make sure vBulletin is not illegal, ive seen many ppl i know online lose their adsense account cause they found how their vBulletin was cracked.

Oh no, its perfectly legal, I just purchased it directly from Vbulletin.

Tried to get a used license, but my instinct told me to just spend the extra 40 - 50 bucks and get a genuine license.

Ok, if u saw the posts, the adsense is in the second post, but people can see the url.

I was wondering if I could change that url color to white so people would not see it, and if they needed to go to the site, they could only do so by clicking it.

    thx

I would guess that falls under misleading users. No way I'd try something like that.

I agree. I dont think it is worth having your account banned/deactivated. Altering the code is against the TOS
