Does anybody have a predictive model for future advertising revenues

    A partner of mine and I are starting an online community that we feel is going to be very popular because of the niche and topic it caters to, and we're trying to find a predictive formula or spreadsheet were we can predict both AdSense and direct advertising revenue, depending on our growth in visitors.
