i do not think any one will give you this list to you. I can help you find the list online.

Go to google.com. Search for the keyword that you linke to rank. On the web options click forum. You will get all posts from Forum. Now go ahead and check if it gives do follow links from signature using SEO plugin.

You can create your own list if you use the following commant on google: "intitle:health + inurl:forum + dofollow" hope this helps...

 

Just put in search engine "list of dofollow health forum" you will get it.
