Hello affiliate marketers. I know most of you are much smarter to try and make a living from e-whoring on craigslist but to those of you who think it's a good way to make money here are some results from a recent anti spam campaign I started. I post and respond to personal ads on craigslist then wait for e-whores to start trolling. I bait them on and on average each one will send me about 4 or 5 different links. Then I find the affiliate program they are signed up with and report them and include full email headers, all the redirect links they use and their affiliate username which results in their account being terminated or the account they are working for gets terminated. They lose any payout amounts in their account. I have reported over 100 affiliates with about a 70-80% success rate in getting their account closed. I know they have multiple accounts and multiple email addresses but I send all ip's extracted from email headers.
I am curious . . . since you posted. Why do you do this? Is there a payout for this kind of work or do you just enjoy ending people's moneymaking because you feel they are violating CL Tos?
