Does any other search engine effect google ranking?

    I have many many more links on Yahoo than I do on Google.

    I have hundreds of yahoo spiders on my site daily (887 so far this 24 hours) but only 2 google spiders.

    Does google look at any other search engines results and do they have any effect on google rankings?

    I doubt it. Perhaps internally they may randomly view certain keywords and do a comparative check against their Top 10.
    But it's certainly not part of the algo.

    Other search engine results do not have any effect on google because google has it's own algorithm. You will always have more links visible in yahoo than you will in google because google hides the majority of your links.
