Before A/B testing you need to analyse your site usability and user experience (UE)
Then you get some conclusion, that why visitors bounce or from which page visitors are bouncing.
Check what message of images you are showing on that page, I mean to say the message of the page is clear to visitors?
You need to check your keywords too, from which keywords visitors are landing on your which page? Are they getting the right content for their searched keyword?
A/B testing is changing message, changing layout, changing objects positions etc. and identify which page is performing better with 100-1000 visitors.
For A/B testing I suggest Adwords campaign, coz you will get required visitors in short span of time, you can test two different landing pages for 1 week and come to conclusion that which page is better.

I've done a fair bit of A/B testing and am often surprised by the results. I would always start by testing your home page, if that's where the majority of your traffic lands. Get someone who doesn't know you site to look at itfor the first time and give you some initial feedback - is the home page cluttered, is it clear where to click, is there an inviting offer? This tester may be completely wrong, but try it, and compare the results against the existing page. You may be surprised.
