work in a team? Does it matter?

I understand we have to learn to build a team and manage the team but work in a team.

Does employee-employee team work differ from employee-employer team work?

What does team work mean to you as a business builder.

Team work is crucial in particular with dealing with a project that depends on a number of individuals to fulfill task that allows the whole project to be completed. The key to any team building is communication and respect. It is important to make sure you have good chemistry with the team in order to execute the intended purpose of the team. Another element is establishing and defining roles in a team environment. This assures that each participant understands what is needed from them. As an employer, you want to make sure that employees have the necessary tools to be productive.

I think it is important if you are going to have others work under you. People learn by example, and if they find the owner being unresponsive and uninterested in projects, it is quite likely they will do the same. If you lack teamwork, communication, and respect as Dizmatic mentioned, they probably aren't giong to be the lone soul offering it.

Teamwork is crucial. Even if you run a business by yourself you will still have to work well with others like your clients ect ect
