Does an anual plan include a username change?

I need my username changed but also want to do a year upgrade. Do I still need to do a separate username change purchase?

 

I can't find were to delete duplicate thread, the system said this was not posted and had an error so I tried again and got the same error. Please delete the extra threads or add an option to remove posts. This is an error from the system tricking me.
