Does an affiliate site need a privacy policy?

    I wonder wheter a simple affiliate site with links to the merchant needs a privacy policy?
    I see most of them don't have one....

    In case it blends over to the merchant's site using the merchant's own affiliate tracking system?

    Some networks will require it depending on their tracking methods and such. Others it doesn't matter. Always easiest to just ask them.
