Does an Adsense Referral Advert count as one of the 3 Adsense Blocks your Allowed ?

    just wondering does an Adsense Referral Advert count as one of the three adsense blocks your allowed on one page?

    No, it's aside. You can have up to two AdSense referrals per page if I remember right.
    Everything is explained clearly in the Google AdSense TOS.

    You can have

    3 Ad units + 3 Link units + 3 Referrals + 2 Search Boxes

    "...Remember, you can place up to three referral units on a single webpage, in addition to three standard AdSense for content units."
