Does Amazon require me to send in a W9 form?

    hi, ive set up my account and stuff, entered tax id etc, but i cant remember if it wants me to send in a physical w9 form. is this required for amazon?

    Amazon needs your social security number (if individual) or employer identification number - EIN (if corporation). Amazon does not need you to send in the W9 form as many other organizations do.

    Isn't there a different form to fill in?

    Amazon automatically detects addresses for international affiliates (very easy since the country is not the US). For those addresses, neither EIN nor Social Security Number are required or requested. So you are all free to go.
