Does Alexa redirects work at all?

    For example, will the following URL preceded by an Alexa redirect improves the URL's Alexa ranking?

    http://redirect.alexa.com/redirect?http://yoursite.com

    I know some of you would say Alexa is not accurate etc... but at this monet, let's pretend that is is accurate and useful, would that redirect help a site's Alexa ranking?
