affiliate links are all dynamic urls and help very little with SEO, affiliate links are rarely indexed by search engines

Affiliate links are just for increasing your website's traffic but it won't help in your SEO.

This depends on whether you are with a third party network or if your program is run in-house as to the type of URL's that will be used to link to your site. Many networks will use some sort of tracking subdomain of their own URL which will deny access to crawlers, preventing these from being indexed so there would be absolutely no SEO benefit. If however you are running our own program, independent of any of the leading affiliate networks, you should be mindful of the possible negative affect this could have on your optimisation if robot access is not properly defined in the robots.txt file. The problem with the off the shelf software employed by most in-house affiliate programs is that the URL's affiliates use to link to your website will often contain variables which identify the affiliate within them, such as mydomain.com/aid=?28737. The problem with these is that they can be crawled and indexed, which could leave you with many multiple versions of the same page indexed, resulting in a duplicate content issue.

So yea...affiliate marketing is good for making money but not so good for search engine optimisation as none of the links pointing at your site will carry any link juice to it, but could be detrimental if not implemented properly.

Even if the dynamic url doesn't give much weight-age in seo;still if the page is indexed by google or other Search engines...Then this link will be useful for SEO na????

And also ultimately we are getting one reference site...So these traffic will gets counted in Search engines algorithm na???:confused:

Affiliate links of well known networks do not allow bots (spiders ) to crawl them, so they have no effect.

If bots are allowed, there is more risk of negative impact than positive benefits due to bad locations of possible backlinks and many more factors.

With link building you are trying to build link popularity for specific keywords or phrases. Affiliates are as unlikely to link to you with keyword focused anchors as they are to not implement the nofollow attribute, so yes, there may be a minimal boast from these but it is not going to do much for your rankings.

Yes it does. It enhances the traffic you can get for your product.
