Does Adwords charge the $5 activation fee before or after?

    I set up my account but have not seen the $5 initial fee debited from my account yet. Does Google charge this before or after you've accrued clicks?

    /sigh... it's after you start your first campaign. I foudn that out lol I didn't even know there was a 5$ charge ... Guess I should have read xD

    Right but do they charge you the $5 right away as soon as you set up your campaign or only after you've accrued some click charges?

    Absolutely, they charge it right away. It says 'starting costs' and it's the first thing you see on your payment summary.
