Hi, I am gonna start adword but i don't have a affiliate site right now. if i choose a link from clickbank or cj. then i put then direct in adword, does adword allow that?
Yes, you can direct link, but the disadvantage of direct linking is that you'll face an immense competition from competitors who also direct link. Due to Adwords one URL policy, if many ads have the same destination URL, only one ad can be shown at a time, thus the amount of traffic you can get is greatly reduce. Unless the product you're promoting does not have a lot of competition, I would recommend getting your own domain name.
Direct linking to a typical 1-page sales site might also affect your Google quality score. And this means that you will have to pay more for your ads at a specific position.
I tried doing this the other day, directly to a clickbank product and my add wasn't displaying. SO I think having a landing page is much better. Cause it also incresases your quality score. I think
You can direct link with no problems in Content Network. On search there can be only one advertiser direct linking and it's the highest bidder (usually the merchant)
I think it is a no-brainer to allow affiliates to bid and link directly. If google would let merchants, they would fill up all the paid spots with links to their site. I would. This is a back door to accomplishing that.
Yesterday, I applied for adword with redirect affiliate link but my ads got disapproved, but today is my landing page is ready and i Edit the same ads with the same domain, now the disapproved massage gone. my question is now they gonna review my ads or they gonna reject cause with domain?
you can post direct link but you should not show the direct affiliate links as it will slow down your sales.
Thank you guys, my landing page approve for adword and i started in today. but i got 5 clicks i lost 8.86$ but no earn yet
You seem to be bidding quite high if you've spent 8.86 already on 5 clicks? AdWords is a dangerous game for the uneducated, especially up against the top affiliates!
