I am interested to know whether, for the sake of Adsense earnings, I should translate my travel site on Mexico from English to Spanish. Does Adsense work best in English? yes..adsense will work good for english,in the same way spanish also a well known languages.hence both are good. but if you want target your website on engliih counties better to change it to english.

Generally, yes. But you cant dismiss that the more unique you are, the more intoxicating you will appear with search engines. For example, when talking about finance and health... those are some of the most paid niches in the internet, doesn't matter if its English or Spanish, or Greek or whateva... you can have one English site that has 1 click per day, that makes you 10$ richer, or you can have 1 Spanish site that has 5 clicks per day that makes 25$. I am basing this on the theory that English sites have more competition than Spanish sites. This way with the same work, you can have more money, or not, depends on the niche.
