    It depends which arabic country are you talking about ?

    Here is the list of countries which are eligible for a payout via Western Union

    * China (Mainland)
    * Malaysia
    * Pakistan
    * Romania
    * Philippines
    * Argentina
    * Chile
    * Peru
    * Colombia
