Does Adsense really Pay?

believe me Adsense pay. Google will not tarnish their name by ripping off their publishers. You are their to help them make money. Plus they pay the best.

Yes it does pay. You just need more traffic. Once you hit 1000 visitors/day you should start to see some steady earnings.

Anything before that is pretty hard to track or count on... not enough data... random.

 

Realistically, adsense only pays well if you have plenty of traffic and if the advertisers for your niche place decent bids for your targeted keywords.

 

for the number of unique hits you get per day, your earnings are not surprising. As was mentioned before, you need to increase your traffic. There are plenty of resources for doing so on this site, so it shouldn't be hard. I suggest working on your SEO and backlinks to help you get better rank with google.

Yeah google does pay and in some cases pays well. But the major factor is traffic the more traffic you have the more ads will be clicked on and the more money you'll make.

 

I was in your shoes a year ago, asking myself that very question. Now I'm making a decent income from my sites.. just keep reading these boards and you'll get the hang of it in no time.

yes they will pay you...but to increase your earning need patient and hard work by increase your traffic and content.

Yes, it does pay.

In the beginning, I used to earn about 3 dollars a month. As my site started to get known and get more visitors, and as I started a second site, with the increased number of visitors the earnings also increased.

Now, I make on average about 1.5$ a day from three websites, after about 1 year and a half. I know this seems really bad, and it is, but it's mainly because I am working less than 10 hours each week on the websites.

If you blend in the ads, have quality content and visitors, you should have no problems earning a good check at the end of each month.

Keep it clean and legal and you'll be fine.

 

My stats are slightly better but I agree, you are close to the average. (I am getting an average of 5 - 6% on all controlled customer sites with an 0.5 $ per click which I consider impovable but ok.)

You can make a very nice income from Google. Just keep working at it.

work on traffic...it definetely does not happen overnight...

 

Set short term goals and keep trying to break it.

Last month, I was working real hard to hit 10,000 impressions a day. This month, I haven't been less than 10,000 once (even hit 25,000 the other day).

By next month, I want to consistently hit 20,000 impressions a day.
