does adsense really make you good money??

Think about what niches would people be purchasing Adwords for. If it's a service or product that people buy, then there's probably competion in adwords, which means you'll have a higher CPC for adsense.

 

You should try it. And also try other things also. Adsense earning is unpredictable and traffic is the key. No traffic no $$$$. 10K traffic is more than enough (for me I think).

 

If your only getting $25 a day with 10,000 search engine visitors your in a really really really bad niche, your ctr is horrible, or the traffic your receiving is from low income countries. Even in a low paying niche like celebrities, 10,000 visitors from search engines should make AT LEAST $100 a day just from Adsense.

 

I'm curious, what are the good niche that is better than the other?

The average CTR on a standard non-MFA site is going to be around 2%, which would be 200 clicks for every 10,000 visitors. You would have to average $0.50 per click to reach $100 per day, which is way above the average niche, much less a low paying niche like celebrities.

 

You should be making more than that for 10,000 visitors

 

I would say so. I make around $100 a day from 2 forums. You need to find a niche that not everyone has a website about.

Ads do not work like that unless you get 1 page view per 1 visitor.

If you have 10,000 visitors with a average of 5 page views. That would be 50,000 ad impressions. 50,000 with the "average" ctr of 2% would be 1,000 clicks. Increase you ctr to 4% and that's 2,000 clicks. If each click only averaged .05 with a 4% ctr you would earn 100 dollars a day.

2% is at the low end. My sites usually average 4% to 10%.

 

Adsense not only make good money it can change your life style too..when you get lots of money from adsense

Yeah surely we need high amount of traffic to get some real revenue from Google adsesne. At high times I was able to make $50 or even $60 per day from adsense from my efforts

 

You can make decent money with a good niche and good adsense placement

 

If you get 10000 hits per day just the imps will give you more then 3-4 dollars and think about the hits you will get.

I work on all my websites through wywyg(!) editor and i use frontpage and it has no negative effect on SEO i assume, editors do no harm

 

Well even i would make enough for living i´d not live just on adsense.
Currently i´m not making more than 100bucks month
