Does AdSense really lift PR?

    I had a site for several months with PR N/A or PR0 and the second I put AdSense on my site PR jumped to PR2. Really, that night.

    Is it just my imagination or what? :rolleyes:

    It is just your imagination. Toolbar PageRank is not affected by having AdSense on the site or not.

    I've ranked 48,567 combination of keyterms for my site to be on the first page by using what I know about this knowledge.

    my domain is networkliquidators.com. Go ahead, pick some terms in the title and search for them in google. You will see.

    :confused: People say one thing and assume that's how it is and can never change :confused:

    Despite the above reply, AdSense has nothing to do with PageRank. Honestly, I never pay attention to PageRank as well.

    There may be a rational explanation as to why your site went from pr0 to pr2.
    Someone may have linked to your site from a web page with a high page rank,
    but adsense ads cannot improve your page rank.

    Along the same lines, are the Adsense links included when calculating the outbound links - thus lowering the value of a sites own pages PR?

    Adsense is not linked with PR. SEO techniques are very usefull to get good PR.
