Does Adsense perform poorly on Wedding-related sites?

How does Adsense generally perform on sites related to weddings?

I made a new site related to weddings.

I get 100% traffic from Google and that too for wedding related keywords.

Still I am getting 3-5 cents a click.

    Is this the general trend?

I'd try referral offers for that sort of website. Try to promote wedding-related items and services.

3-5 cents a click is quite low in my opinion.

It depends on the value of the keyword.

    Truthfully,

Adsense is a slow and painful process, especially if you are only using the Adsense contextual advertising. Having a wedding related website it could be a good idea to have a wedding affiliate e-book on it like "Guide To Getting Married" as this might perform better for you of course you can use Adsense + CPA+ Direct Affiliate to get best monetization....

If you are asking for niche-specific information on Wedding, I am not sure.

    I hope this helped.

(PS: Often having a e-mail submit on your static front page of your wedding site, can help to increase revenue as CPAs*cost per action advertising* of this nature normally pay between $1-$5 for an email submission. Usually $1-$2 for email submits. Which is much higher then most clicks in Google ;))
