Does Adsense lag for new users?

    I recently purchased an established website and although earnings are supposed to be close to $10/day range - they have been half of that since 3 days I have owned this site. The seller claims that such a lag is present with new website transfer/new user of adsense and should correct it self within a week. Is there any truth to this?

    there is no such relation between site owner and earnings

    Are you getting the same traffic? Did you switch hosting servers? Earnings normally vary from day to day. My suggestion is to wait a couple of weeks before you make any conclusions.

    The traffic is consistent as provided in proof. He said, that adsense has not credited all the clicks you may have had and if ur earning is $5 now...within a few days, once they credit - it'll jump to $14 - $15. Then after that, it should remain corrected at around average of $8 - $12/day so averaging $10 as i saw in proof of last 2 months.
    I guess, i will wait a bit to see what happens!!! but was wondering if any truth to this@ all. What do you guyz think?
