Does Adsense gives second chance to disabled publishers?

    Yea, that will suck. He of course used his real SSN. I hope they just looked into the past and believed it was unfair ban in the past anyway or done by mistake. We'll see I guess. Not much we can do there.

    There is very rare chance of getting back on Adsense.....I think you should go with Yahoo ads...
