Does Adsense do this?

    I used to have Bidvertiser before I started using adsense and they always cutdown atleast $10 from the total ad revenue saying invalid clicks..

    Does Adsense do this?

    I mean do you receive the full amount of money you see in the account at the end of the month?

    Yes, Adsense does this now. I'm sure they started it recently but you can find more answers but searching.

    Adsense filters invalid clicks as they happen. If you are at the end of the month you will likely get whatever total they show. I've never had it change in the 3+ years I have used them/

    they will review the clicks and remove invalid clicks
