    Yes and no. People can bid on your site based on a CPM basis. Other than that they don't have a seperate CPM program.

    yes, sometimes. From my calculation they pay me approximately 1.00$ per 1000 impressions.

    I found that if I choose the option to have both text and graphic ads, I get a higher rate on CPM
