Does adsense 'block' IP's from viewing ads?

The reason I ask, is because I rarely see ads - most of the time they're just white spaces.

The only thing I can think of is either:

    • My IP doesn't receive ads
    • My personal ads preferences has limited pretty much all adverts
The second one is most likely, but is the first possible?

Do you have this from your home PC and via your mobile? Is it when you are both signed in and out of Google? I changed some of my personal ad preferences, but still always see ads on sites.

There may be many reasons behind this. I don't think its a java plugin problem, because chrome already comes with java. And also if there is no any java plugin, the space doesn't remain white - it ask to install the java plugin. Now the question arise what may be the problem? I recommend every adsense starter to read thoroughly the Adsense T&C first. Don't put ads in auto generated content websites, basically in music and other copyright websites. If you are running ads in your article based websites, try to write at-least 400/500 words of quality article. Google also working on Panda and Penguin algorithm to make more targeted search. So follow their T&C to live with Google. If your website not fall against Google T&C and then also the ads are not appearing, please contact the adsense support team to help you.
