My biggest complaint with Adsense is that the blogs and websites are approved but are not really suitable for Adsense. This may be a practical practice for Google because once that account reaches $100 they then look at the blog in a little more detail. Many lose their accounts, what happens to the revenue, Adsense says all revenue is returned to the advertiser, I wonder?
The whole system is geared towards success for Google and sod the little publishers.
    Thats business.

Okies...So what if we remove all the websites when it nears to the payment time and only have good websites with new content?

If it works you may start a trend.
If it does not work you are buggered.

I would put my money on Google keeping a cache of all your sites.
